The sports betting platform, Caesars Sportsbook, is collaborating with the New York Racing Association (NYRA) to debut a specialized equine racing application this spring. The app, a demonstration of Caesar’s enduring commitment to the sport, will provide live broadcasts of races and a streamlined wagering process.

This action is logical for Caesar’s Entertainment, the parent corporation, considering their established footprint in the horse racing realm. Through their acquisition of Eldorado Resorts, they already manage tracks such as Indiana Grand, Harrah’s Philadelphia, and even the renowned Churchill Downs (host of the Kentucky Derby!).

The application will be directly linked with NYRA Bets, the official betting platform of the New York Racing Association. This signifies users in the 30 states where NYRA Bets functions can view and wager on races all within the same application.

And it’s not solely about live races. The app will also showcase replays, noteworthy moments, and professional commentary to maintain fan engagement.

Dan Shapiro, the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Caesars Digital, conveyed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing the abundance of high-quality racing content NYRA Bets delivers. He stressed Caesar’s dedication to both the sport and its enthusiasts, assuring a first-rate experience through the new app and the incorporation of the Caesars Rewards program.

Caesars Entertainment and the New York Racing Association (NYRA) are strengthening their collaboration. Caesars will not only maintain its sponsorship of the NYRA Turf Triple series at two New York racetracks but will also become the official sports betting marketing associate in the state.

“Our focus is on expanding the sport of horse racing here at NYRA, and that entails attracting more viewers to the exceptional racing we have in New York and throughout the nation,” stated Dave O’Rourke, NYRA President & CEO.

“This alliance is an ideal method to debut Caesars Racebook by connecting it to our well-liked NYRA Bets platform, which will soon provide Caesars patrons access to all of the fantastic features and advantages that NYRA Bets has to offer.”
