AMGO iGaming AB, a gaming enterprise, has purchased the B2C label Jetbull from EveryMatrix for €2 million. Jetbull, a long-standing gaming name providing casino and sports wagering products, will now function under AMGO’s ownership. This procurement permits EveryMatrix to concentrate exclusively on its capacity as a B2B supplier of casino, sports, payment, and platform software solutions. EveryMatrix posits that this action will strengthen its standing as a top technology vendor in the iGaming sector.

Mads Jørgensen, an AMGO board member, conveyed his enthusiasm regarding the EveryMatrix agreement, noting it elevates their current collaboration to new heights and possesses substantial promise for generating shareholder returns.

Nicolas Fleiderman, formerly EveryMatrix’s Chief Commercial Officer and presently AMGO’s CEO, underscored his familiarity with Jetbull and stressed the acquisition’s strategic significance. He anticipates the combined proficiency will propel expansion and effectiveness, and outlined intentions for focused team enlargement to further bolster Jetbull’s performance.

Jetbull’s CEO, Viorel Stan, expressed eagerness about the AMGO and Jetbull partnership, guaranteeing a smooth changeover. He perceives this acquisition as a tactical maneuver that will solidify Jetbull’s standing as a premier operator within regulated sectors while sustaining consistent growth. Stan emphasized the continued dependence on EveryMatrix as a crucial technology supplier, ensuring Jetbull remains at the forefront of innovation.

The Jetbull acquisition is valued at €2 million. Payment will be divided evenly between cash and newly issued AMGO iGaming AB shares, with each share priced at SEK 1.0.
