AMGO iGaming AB is purchasing the B2C company Jetbull from EveryMatrix for €2 million. This action permits AMGO to assume control of Jetbull’s activities commencing July 1, 2019, and demonstrates their dedication to broadening their internet gaming offerings.

Jetbull, a reputable gaming entity, has been functioning on EveryMatrix’s white label system and possesses a considerable customer base exceeding 600,000 enrolled users. This acquisition represents a tactical maneuver for both organizations. For EveryMatrix, it signifies a transition towards concentrating exclusively on their primary strength – being a top-tier supplier of B2B solutions for the iGaming sector. Ebbe Groes, Chief Executive Officer of EveryMatrix, highlighted that this sale aligns flawlessly with their objective of delivering the most robust online gaming platform without directly vying with their B2B clientele.

For AMGO, obtaining a prosperous company like Jetbull, already operating with established permits in Malta, the United Kingdom, and Denmark, offers a substantial prospect for expansion. They are confident that their proficiency in overseeing numerous brands across various territories will enable Jetbull to thrive even more significantly.

Our alliance with EveryMatrix has consistently been robust, and this accord signifies a fresh phase for our company. We are enthusiastic about this joint effort and have established strategic objectives to generate worth for our investors,” stated Mads Jørgensen, Board Member and Director of AMGO.

Nicolas Fleiderman, formerly EveryMatrix’s Chief Commercial Officer and currently CEO of the AMGO Group, possesses comprehensive expertise of the recently procured brand: “We’ve exerted significant effort to finalize this transaction, and we possess a distinct vision of the collaborative advantages we can utilize to expedite expansion and enhance productivity. We’ve already formed a committed group for Jetbull and will persist in attracting top-tier talent to propel performance.”

Jetbull CEO, Viorel Stan, supplemented: “The AMGO and Jetbull teams already collaborate effectively, and we’ll guarantee a seamless integration. This amalgamation will propel Jetbull toward its ambition of becoming a prominent operator in all our intended markets, sustaining our year-over-year growth. EveryMatrix remains our principal technology supplier, and we’ll ensure Jetbull has the most recent advancements to maintain a competitive edge.”

Jetbull was purchased for €2 million. €1 million will be disbursed in cash, with the remaining €1 million covered by newly released shares in AMGO iGaming AB at a value of SEK 1.0 per share, equating to 10,750,000 shares.
