The entertainment giant, Caesars Entertainment, has joined forces with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) to construct a lavish resort and casino in Danville, Virginia. This collaborative endeavor represents a substantial financial commitment of $650 million and is projected to significantly stimulate the local economy by generating thousands of employment opportunities.

This undertaking marks a continuation of the successful alliance between these two entities. Anthony Carano, the President and COO of Caesars Entertainment, underscored their prosperous two-decade partnership and conveyed his eagerness to introduce Caesars’ renowned entertainment, culinary experiences, and exceptional customer service to Danville.

Echoing this optimism, EBCI Principal Chief Richard Sneed characterized the venture as a transformative development for the tribe and emphasized the profound positive influence this resort will have on the surrounding community.

Following its grand debut, Caesars Palace will feature an opulent 500-room hotel, an expansive gaming floor boasting 1,300 slot machines, and a designated Caesars Sportsbook zone. Gaming enthusiasts can also partake in 24 electronic table games and a poker room primed to host the electrifying World Series of Poker (WSOP).

Beyond the allure of the games, guests can luxuriate in a lavish spa, bask in the sun poolside, or savor a diverse selection of bars and dining establishments. A 2,500-seat theater is poised to present spectacular shows, while an immense 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space offers an ideal venue for any gathering.
